In the modernist, most emblematic building in Palma de Mallorca, and after a radical restructuring in 2010, we find Lilac.

The apartment is at 4th floor of this old and characteristic building, thus no elevator. It was obtained from four ancient attics and transformed into a modern 70 square meters' open space, made of living room, kitchen with dining area, and a beautiful terrace of 80 square meters.The double bedroom is a loft with exposed beams.

Lilac is located in the center, where you can find the main shopping streets, Calle San Miguel, Calle Colon, Avenida de Jaime III, and the exclusive Calle Real.

Lilac also borders the medieval old town, which, with its characteristic winding streets, is definitely the most interesting area for visitors, where the most of Palma de Mallorca‘s monuments are concentrated.

With a nice walk of ten minutes on Avenida Gabriel Alomar you can easily reach the beach.
